Xreverie is not responsible for stolen packages. If you do not receive your shipment please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.
Xreverie is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address, due to misinformation given at the time of purchase. Please double-check that all contact information is entered accurately before completing the transaction.
If a package is refused at the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping both to and from the delivery address and a restocking fee. Please purchase mindfully.

We respect your privacy! Package contents and our website are not disclosed on the box. All of our packages are either plain brown boxes or standard-issued packaging from UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Occasionally we use opaque padded envelopes, but never for anything breakable or discernable. The return address is nondescript. Also, no catalogs will be mailed to your home.

Processing time
98% of the time orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (in stock items only) during the business week. Your order will be processed and shipped same business day if made before 10 am CST. Keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered business days by XOXOKIT, or our shipping partners. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. Your order may ship in more than one package. You will be notified of multiple shipments via an email shipment confirmation and all available tracking numbers will be provided to you.
Please note that the shipping options you choose take effect on the day the item ships, not the day you order. For example, if you order an item on a Friday or a Saturday, the next business day (normally, with the exception of a Monday Holiday) would be Monday.
We are not responsible for delivery errors, especially if your address is incorrect, or not 100% complete.
On all international shipments once the shipment arrives into the destination country and customs received the package, the customs agents make all the final delivery arrangements. After tracking the package on https://www.17track.net/en and it states the package is in customs the customer can contact their local customs agents for final delivery information and arrangements.
Note: Some countries that we have found to be risky as far as importing to with customs seizures and problems are India,Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Kuwait, and South Korea. We take every effort to accommodate our customers but we cannot control deliveries to these countries.
Delivery Time
All goods that are available in our warehouse, are placed after payment is made and shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Of course, we always strive to keep all products in stock for you. It may happen that there will be shortages, and in such cases, we will contact you via e-mail.
In rare cases transit delays may occur. In such cases, we will make a claim on your behalf to request a refund for the delayed delivery and we’ll return the money to you when the claim is processed by the carrier.
However, we cannot be responsible for service commitments by the carriers.
Time in Transit is estimated by the carriers and not guaranteed*(Usually 5-10 business days).
Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
Shipments are processed Monday - Friday.
All shipments will be assigned a tracking number. Once the tracking number is assigned, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
